I dont have a “happy hat”, ( BIG MISTAKE – first thing on my wish list now ) but I found this old dusty thing and paired it with a mix of sailor- and pinstripes. So ready for a boat trip now – only need a pair of classic leather loafers and I’m on my way!
As you might see I decided to grow out my bangs – such a hair-crisis period with hair in my eyes all the time! This was taken last week in London after a long days shoot – it felt great to leave the woolen coat in the room and just wear some light layering and pinstripes! I can soon reveal what I was doing in London together with Net-a-porter, stay tuned!
During Paris fashion week I decided to get out of my “denim – comfort zone” and flashed some legs and some fringes. I found this great skirt in H&M and thought it would be perfect for a shoot – it ended up being a scoop, that I’m gonna keep in my wardrobe. To balance the look I choose to combine the fringes with a more layered and simple items like a roll neck together with a thin V-knit – additionally to make it even more casual I paired it with a leatherjacket and Superga’s. I like the contrast, which makes the skirt very versatile.
If you are hooked on the fringes and wanna know how to style it? Then check out this styling video I did for Fashion Post here
The neutrals and creams can be worn together as a tonal look, which is very soft and feminine - perfect for summer. I’ve paired this perfect knit with a pair of jeans – I really like the fringes on the bottom hem, which makes it stand out – it is really all about the details this season!
